If you are dissatisfied for any reason, and desire to either exchange a product or desire a refund, you must first contact us via our contact page or by sending an email to su*****@ch***********.com within 30 days from the time you received your purchase for instructions on where to send your return.
Please DO NOT return your product back to the address your product arrived from without first contacting and receiving a response from us. Contact us first, and we will provide you easy instructions on how and where to send your return to. By not following these instructions will cause a delay in processing your return.

All contents that you received must be returned
To receive a full refund, all items received (including any free gifts/bonuses) must be returned back to us at your expense.
If the reason for your return was our mistake (such as we shipped the wrong product in error), then we will gladly provide you a prepaid shipping label to send the product back to us for either an exchange or refund.
In any case regarding the return of a product, we must reclaim any free gifts that were provided with your purchase to protect our company from individuals that only purchase with the intention to return and keep the free gifts. To be clear, all contents received must be returned. If you desire an exchange due to a defect, then only the specific defective product needs to be returned.
Return Policy on Health/Weight Loss Supplements
To receive a full refund for health or weight loss supplements, the contents must be new and factory sealed. If opened/used, only a partial refund will be issued based on how much was used.
Also any supplements that are “excessively used” are not eligible for a refund. What this means is, if you for example purchase a 60 day, 90 day, 6 month or 1 year supply of a weight loss or health supplement, refunds will not be honored if more than one 30 day supply bottle was opened or used within our 30 day guarantee period.Or also if more than half the bottle has been used.
Again, we must do this to protect our company from individuals who purchase to extract the contents from multiple containers to just send back within 30 days to claim a refund.
Although we offer a 30 Days Money Back Guarantee, it will NOT be acceptable for something such as a 90 Day supplement to be used within a 30 day period. Upon return, we would only expect either part or some of one of the 30 day supply bottles to be opened. But not every bottle that you received that was meant to be used post 30 days.
This does not apply to some products (such as multivitamins, cleansing products etc) because they are meant to be taken within or during the time you are taking your primary health supplement. But if more than one 30 day supply of a core health supplement (non free gift or paired supplement) is opened, this will not be acceptable for a refund.
In this case, we would only be able to offer a full refund on new and unopened supplements, and partial a refund based on the supplements that were opened.
Return Policy on Sexual Health Products
To receive a full refund for any sexual health product or sex toy, the contents must be new and factory sealed. If opened/used, NO refund will be issued. But your sexual health/sex toy product purchase is covered by a 30 Day Protection Warranty for an exchange in the event the product is defective.
Return Policy on Digital/Downloadable Products
All sales are final when purchasing any Digital or Downloadable product, and NO refund for any reason will be issued.
Return Policy on General and Electronic Items
We offer a 30 days Money Back guarantee on all general and electronic items. But some items will be clearly noted that there’s a “restocking fee” associated with the return of the product. In the details of the product will clearly note if there is a restocking fee associated with returning the product.
